Performance issue in the Dashboard

Hi,

I am having a dashboard with Four different tabs. Each tab having diferent bar and line charts.

My QVD holds the data of last 6 years.

I am facing some performanace issue, in which when i switch from one tab to another tab, related dashboard data is loading after some couple of seconds i.e. 20 sec.

Kindly let me know how this can be improved.

Hi Rohit,

I would recommend you to look for best practices manuals in the Community related to model and design optimizations. Your problems could be solved improving your model, or your objects (expression, conditions, etc.).

Hi Rohit,

A possible reason for the delay may be the need for a large amount of computation when generating charts on a new tab on a large amount of data. If this is the case, then the solution to the problem will be related to optimizing the computations in the diagrams and possibly reduction / optimization of the volume / structure of the stored data.
