      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could talk to the QMS API, which contains live data about various usage details, service states and also allows you to create, delete and otherwise manipulate assignments and such. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But for that to work out, you'll need programming skills.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
