in the dashboard, I show the count of the pending job based on date wise month wise and year wise

but In data model, JobID = MJobID = YJobID if I maintain the same name it make circular loop

how can I make the perfect data model

why you have created two separate tables Year & Mont?

You already created the YearName & MonthName fields in Calendar table which is connected to Fact table with Date. There is no need to create the two separate tables

in my scenario

job was open in 28/Jan/2017 and closed in 02/Feb/2017 means

in Date wise, we need to show open job count as 1 (28/Jan to 01/Feb )
in Month wise we need to show open job count as 1 for Jan and Zero for Feb
