how we make filters static even if we move scorllbar?

my question is if i move my scroll bar which is red the dashboard charts are moving but i should make filters which indication yellow should be static.

Hi,

I am not able to understand your que, if the scrollbar moves list box should be in place,they are not moving.

May be I interpret wrong please elaborate your que.

Hi Krishna,

If I correctly understood the question, as far as I know, there is no such possibility. Filters will move together with scroll bar.

On the whole I do not see the point in this possibility. After moving scroll bar down, the sheet objects will move up. It turns out that some objects of the sheet can get under the filters.This breaks the picture.

But this is only my private opinion.
