How to decided on Qlikview Server Configuration?

Hi All,

I am new to Qlikview. I want to understand on how to decide on the Qlikview Server Configuration needed and plan the capacity for the Qlikview Server across different Environments like Dev, UAT, PreProd and Prod.

I am working on a project where I need to decide on the proposed environment. So thought of seeking help from QV Community Experts.

Please share your thoughts.

There are several resources in the Qlik portal you can use, but experience is one of the most important factors (some of them may be old but the principles apply):

Start considering very basic things like:

Number of applications and rows per application
Number of users concurrently accessing the applications
Complexity of the application
Click pattern for the different users

It's based on volume of data that your going to handle it and # of concurrent users will be accessed your application.
