Quick questions on error handling

Hi,

I am looking for inputs on error handling as below:

1) Till yesterday i am having 10 records in my QVD and today i have received 5 new records. I want to receive an alert for new 5 records.

2) If the file format is incorrect then during upload it fails and send notification via email.

3) If input file is missing then alert should be send.

4) If there are 10 input records in a file and out of which 9 records gets uploaded successfully then email need to be send for 1 missing record.

5) If any duplicate data has been received while comparing with files in .qvd then alert should be send for duplicate file.

6) If the related QVD is not available during batch upload, then a notification should be send.

7) If the size of the QVD is exceeded as certain limit then user should be notified.

Please guide me where i can do the setting of the alerts.
