Hi, is it possible for me to manually apply my named license to a copy of qlikview desktop edition without connecting to the qlikview server? Some story below if needed.

Network migration stuff changed things dramatically, and files that take a minute to move now take hours to move to my local environment but only a minute to move to a virtual environment, so I've installed qlikview and nprinting over in one of the virtual environments. There's a bit of debate about whether I should be allowed to connect to the qv server from the virtual environment, but I only need it to pull my license down at this point. (The virtual environment and qv server both have the same set of network drives mapped to them, so I can move files through the shared network drives to get them back and forth without vpn. Just stuck on pulling my license down now.) Other part where I need qv, np, and ms office all on one environment to make nprinting reports and ms office not allowed on qv server. Walking the lines of what's possible and allowed.
