Why Comma seperator value is not passed on doing the below scenario. Could anyone help

The Reading_day_req fields which contains date are set with comma separator using the variable.

The variable is passed to the power shell script

THe powershell script contains the qurey of

But the date which is set as comma seperator value is passing as a string.

Could someone explain me how to pass as a comma separator value.

It is not accepting as separator date. What should I do to rectify this.
