    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;So its file errors which normally means either:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1- The file doesn't exist at the given location&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2- The qlikview service account doesn't have access &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3- The file is in use by another service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Can’t say 100% new files as it did work for couple of files that were related to&amp;nbsp; my&amp;nbsp; dashboard, however when I tried with multiple new test files, none of them were reloading through QMC. Even no entry in log files.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Also, when I do manual reload by opening QVW file, it works absolutely fine. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 12pt;"&gt;error log attached as &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 12pt;"&gt;&lt;IMG class="jive-image image-1" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/157439_pastedImage_0.png" style="max-height: 900px; max-width: 1200px;" /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
