chart resolution time

Hi,

i have a data with 2 excel shets which tickets have reaised and that ticket history table,

now i want to show the resolution time on weekly basis, the incidents how travelled between the groups is shown in the excel .

1 st excel IS THE MAIN TABLE WHICH HAS grP WHEN THE INCIDENT IS OPENED

2 nd excel shows thehistory of the incident and the common key is the join in which we can keep here

I want the average resolution time of the incidents on weekly basis ( incidents resolve time) of the group raju, shaik and sharvan

what is logic to calculate for resolution time.

also plz share excel data to work on the same.
