    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello to everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a problem when I want to give to a user access to a specific QlikView document.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the QMC, in the &lt;EM&gt;Documents tab/XXX.qvw/Authorization/Users and Groups&lt;/EM&gt;, I have given the user authorization to see the document.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is that when she enters Access Point she doesn´t see the document.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After researching a bit, I have gone to &lt;EM&gt;QMC/Users/yyyy/Documents&lt;/EM&gt; and the document doesn´t appear there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I´ve tried with other documents and everything went ok, the problem is just with this specific document.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If anybody can help me please i would appreciate it a lot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Server authorization is DMS&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;We have tried restarting the server&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;We have given windows authorization to the file&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and nothing works... &lt;IMG src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/emoticons/sad.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you check this option also may be helpful to you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Step 1:-&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QMC--&amp;gt;Documents Tab--&amp;gt;Select the application job(ex:-account.qvw)--&amp;gt;Distribute tab--&amp;gt;add her also in this list of users.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;step 2 :-&lt;/STRONG&gt; can you request the user check in &lt;STRONG&gt;IE browser&lt;/STRONG&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Step 3:- &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;if possible restart the&lt;STRONG&gt; 5 services&lt;/STRONG&gt; else at least try to restart the &lt;STRONG&gt;QDS services &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif; font-size: 13px;"&gt;if you feel you got solution for your issue ,please close the thread by clicking "&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG style="font-size: 13px; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif; color: #3d3d3d;"&gt;Correct Answer&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif; font-size: 13px;"&gt;"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Daniel,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the document has access section, it happens that you comment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to give access to the user in &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;section &lt;/SPAN&gt;access and reload the document.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then you should see the document in the "QMC/Users/yyyy/Documents" tab when you select the user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
