Error QlikView Distribution Service blocked on starting

Hi,i've a problem to acess to my qlikview access point and QMC.

The broswer shows the message: i cannot display this page

In the server manager there is this error event: " QlikView Distribution Service blocked on starting "

What is the problem?

Hi,
May be your Qlikview Distribute service is "Down"? check it with QV Admin once

if you are the QV Admin, Run command--> services.msc-->check all the Qlikview 5 services are running or not?

if there is no issue for you just re-start all 5 services and check.

did u tried to restart the server?

All 5 QlikView Services produce log messages in text files. If anything goes wrong while starting or doing regular tasks, it leaves traces in those log files. Even when the service crashes.

If we pick an arbitrary service like for instance the QMS (responsible for displaying the QMC web pages that don't seem to work anymore), on your server look into folder C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\Log and pick the most recent log file. Post it here as an attachment (please, do not post its content in a reply)
