Generate Log file

Hi,

I would like to générate a log file. I check the option 'Generate log file' in document properties. QlikView say that the log file will be generate in the QilkView directory but there is no file in C:\Program Files\QlikView.

What is wrong?

Hi,

you will find application Log-Files in the same folder as the application is in.

There is no log file.

I use your qvw file 'BoysAndGirls.qvw', where you put up the check box 'Generate log file'. I reloaded it but no log file is generate in the qvw directory.

As rfa mentioned, please check the log files in the directory where you have placed your QVW file. You will see the log files after you reload once. I hope it helps.
