Adding additional row calculations to tables?

Is it possible to add additional rows to tables that perform a calculation? For example, I would like to add a row at the bottom of the following table that Sums only the two rows highlighted in red -

Is that possible or should I just create a separate table and add it underneath?

You should be able to do this using a synthetic dimension (ValueList) or an Island Table dimension. Something along these lines:
