subtraction based on two field comparisions

Hi All

can some one help me out with the below senario.

Here i need to calculate for a particular D_idIf dhr = Ahr then i need to calculate the count of A_id s

For D_id 101 in d_hour 12 i have two A_id s 11 and 17

So my count here is 2

So what is need isacpt-(donate/2)Which gives 211 -13/2 =205

so when i selectvalues in list box Ahr for example say 12 it should be as below
