I have to use two alternate states for this expression hence alt1 and alt3.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;=if (GetSelectedCount([Com Service Group])&amp;lt;&amp;gt;0 and GetFieldSelections([ComPeriod]) ='YTD', sum({alt1*alt3&amp;lt;FY_SH20 = {'2017'},Entity_SH20 = {'APAC'},Period_SH20 = {'YTD'}, Month_SH20 = {'Nov'}&amp;gt;}&amp;nbsp; Hours_SH20))&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Arun&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
