IE plugin mode does not work

When I try to open the application in IE plugin mode it shows the following error.

qvp://SERVER/Document.qvw?iis_authenticate=1EF4DA6F0F9508703EE6502671608561467D58&tunneler

=http%3A//ADRESSLINK/scripts/QVSTunnel.dll%3Fhost%3Dlocalhost could not be opened. have gone through couple of discussions about this and deleted TicketData.pgo files and restarted QVS service but din't help. we are connecting to port 4750, 80 for web server.

Hello Manoj,

Can you open the QVW successfully using the AJAX client? Can other users successfully open the QVW using IE Plugin on other computers? If so, then most likely issue is that port 4747 isn't open on your computer and can't communicate with the QlikView Server. IE Plugin uses the QVP protocol and traffic is over port 4747. AJAX communicates with the QlikView WebServer using http:/https: over port 80/443.
