Displaying specific value from the field

I have a field called "PAYMENT_STATUS_FLAG" and what i want to do is to only display the Count of the 'N".

I tried this expression

I'm supposed to get this value

However my expression does'nt work and instead i get the count for the whole "PAYMENT_STATUS_FLAG" .

I wonder if anyone could help me out, Thanks!

sum(if(PAYMENT_STATUS_FLAG='N',1,0))

count({<PAYMENT_STATUS_FLAG={'N'}>}PAYMENT_STATUS_FLAG)
