How customizable is QlikView AccessPoint?

Presently AccessPoint is a collection of all the QV tabs I last accessed. Is there any way I can customize it to be like a menu where users can come and go to several specific qv documents, more than just a history page?

AccessPoint IS "like a menu where users can .. go to several specific qv documents" The availability of documents to a user is controlled by the authorization method you have adopted and the Section Access on the documents.

AccessPoint IS NOT "a history page"

Access Point is the place where you can see all the dashboards in the Web Server based on your Access.

You can customize the access point Image, title and few minor changes but not the major change.

Qlikview Governance Dashboard will help to you in this situation.

Depends on your QV desktop version google it and download the governance dashboard and change the paths then easily you will get all the below things

-->How many users used particular dashboard

-->how much time particular user used particular document(Session Time)

....etc
