    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have set up a shared directory to store the Root folders and files in Qlikview Server for failover scenario.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After moving the files from local drive to Shared directory, I made the below changes:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Updated QMC -&amp;gt; Qlikview Servers-&amp;gt; Folders -&amp;gt; Root Folder&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Updated &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;QMC -&amp;gt; Qlikview Servers-&amp;gt; Folders -&amp;gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Mounted Folders&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Updated &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;QMC -&amp;gt; Qlikview Servers-&amp;gt; Folders -&amp;gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Alternate Extensions Path&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Moved the Files in C:\Users\&amp;lt;user&amp;gt;\AppData\Local\QlikTech\Qlikview\extensions to the Shared Directory&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Updated &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;QMC -&amp;gt; Qlikview Servers-&amp;gt; Folders -&amp;gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Alternate Temporary Files Path&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Updated &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;QMC -&amp;gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Qlikview Servers -&amp;gt; Logging -&amp;gt; Log Folder&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Updated &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;QMC -&amp;gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Distribution Services -&amp;gt; General -&amp;gt; Settings for QDS -&amp;gt; Application Data Folder&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Updated &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;QMC -&amp;gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;Distribution Services -&amp;gt; General -&amp;gt; Settings for QDS -&amp;gt; Source Folders&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;Copied the content of C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService to &amp;lt;Shared Dir&amp;gt;\ManagementService&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Updated C:\Program Files\Qlikview\Management Service\QVManagementservice.exe.config to have shared directory Management Service folder in ApplicationDataFolder value &lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Updated QMC -&amp;gt; Management Service -&amp;gt; Repository -&amp;gt; Optional base Path and Migrate data&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Updated the Windows Registry Path from local drive to Shared Directory Path&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Restarted IIS&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After making all the above changes, I can open the Qlikview application from Desktop client and when I open it from web browser (Access Point), I get the below error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Failed to open the document. You don't have access to this document."&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to access this document when it was in the local drive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked various posts about the above error and I checked my document properties -&amp;gt; Opening -&amp;gt; Strict exclusion is unchecked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise on ways to fix this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dev&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
