Error while sending Alerts from QlikView

Hello All

I have set up an email alert from QlikVIew with a post reload option. Once I do a reload, I am getting attached error. I have set up an smtp for gmail account.

I've once used Gmail for email alerts but I forgot what method I used.

Currently I'm using my work server address with no authentication and required port to send alerts.
Can you share a screenshot of your mail settings being used in Qlik desktop?

Hi Imran,

which purpose this trigger will alert?

Error message shows Server not connected, is that ODBC/OLEDB connection is fine?

else ignore the trigger alert and reload the qvw normally and check.

i hope it is not an issue of SMTP server.
