Web server Disconnected

Hi Qlikers,

On one of my test server (which is a clustered environment) the QVWS is showing as disconnected and getting error as below :

"The Qlikview webserver service on servername started and then stopped. Some services stopped automatically if they are not is use by any other services or programs"

I had restarted the server and services, but still not able to restart the QVWS.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

Are you using QVWS or IIS as Web server?

Are there any other services running on port 4750 or port 80? Is port 4750 open?

Hi,

Ihave verified on the server and found that some other software service is using 4750 port because of which the QlikView web service was not able to start.
