    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I Have a Problem on authorization from the client side, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When the User name on Ldap is changed&amp;nbsp; (e.g: from &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-email-small" href="mailto:amita@comp.com" target="_blank"&gt;amita@comp.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; to &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-email-small" href="mailto:amitb@comp.com" target="_blank"&gt;amitb@comp.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the qlikview SSO the old user is still recognized (amita) and therefor the user can't connect to Qlikview (active directory based access).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the management console i can see the new user when i grant him the license, but because that on the acsess point on the user&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;computer the user is the old one there is no match.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The server is on Qlikview 11 SR12,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Amit,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have to check with it team(Network Team) &amp;amp; will have to configure the email replaced by new one(&lt;A class="jive-link-email-small" href="mailto:amitb@comp.com" style="font-size: 13px; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif; color: #3778c7; text-decoration: underline;"&gt;amitb@comp.com&lt;/A&gt;) as email setting on LDAP would be done at network team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you have another option you can directly provide the access, there is option under document IN the QMC setting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Source Document&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2)User Document &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can add the users manually on above documents.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
