Filter on DateTime field using 2 Input Fields as Start and End Dates

I have implemented a logic to filter on a DateTime field by using 2 input fields billed as Delivery Date From and To Dates. Each Input field is tied to a variable which triggers the DateTime Field onChange of the variable.

This is working fine when I filter for records where the time the hour is either 10, 11 or 12. But not the case for single hours like 1 through 9.

Is this a possible bug or am I missing on something ?

Try inputting the following -

From Date - 4/1/2010 12:30:36 AM

To Date - 4/1/2010 12:31:36 AM

You get 3 records.

Change the To Date to 2:30:38 AM and it doesn't retrieve the 7 records. Bug ?
