Clear multiple field not working on sheet activation

Hi All,

I need to clear multiple fields on sheet activation. I tried with multiple "Clear Field" trigger on ActivateSheet action, but its just clearing the first field. Please help.

it should work, have you misspelled the field names? just double check

Hi,

Just add whichever fields do you want clear. click add--> enter filed name , click add--> enter field name

Like that add how many fields you want clear

I cannot share since the data is confidential.

It actually works if i do it in a new application. But its not working if i do it in my application since my application has lots of things done into it.

Is there some settings through which i can achieve it?

Basically i have a drop down. Upon selection of a specific value from the drop down, i conditional show a sheet. Upon showing up of that sheet, my triggers doesn't work. Whereas, if i manually activate that sheet, i could see the triggers working. But upon a drop down selection its not working.

I tried reducing data and scrambling but it also removes the values from the drop down. so couldn't do so.

Following reasons might be the cause :

1.Make sure that , those fields should not be always one selected.

2.Check the alternate states in actions tabs and sheets for all actions.

3. Check the field names correctly white giving clear field.

Thanks for your reply but none of the above are the cause. I checked all the points.
