Staright table - top 10 records and sorting issue

Hi,

In my dashboard, randomly some of the users are able to see only 1-2 records in one of the charts (straight table) where top 10 records should be displayed. I was able to reproduce this issue by rearranging the columns, so as a fix I locked that functionality; but looks like something else is causing the issue.

When only 1-2 records are displayed in the chart, sorting changes from ‘Spend’ column to ‘Name' column (from expression to dimension)

Users are able to temporarily fix the issue by selecting ‘Remove Last Document State’ on QlikView Access Point.

I would really appreciate your help on this ASAP.
