      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to create design like this and this should change the based on the values.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For example:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the value is &amp;lt;=20% then Red color both number and outer circle color.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;21% to 50% Blue,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;51% to 80% Green.
