The peek function is used to retrieve the contents of a field from a specific table.

Eg:LET varMinDate = Num(Peek('ExpenseDate', 0, 'Expenses'));

Eg: LET varMaxDate = Num(Peek('ExpenseDate', -1, 'Expenses'));

Above script 0 indicates first record of table and -1 means last record of table.
