      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Vinu,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;better to create scripts for automation instead of manual works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just like, before u get mail from end user&amp;nbsp; for the cause of &lt;STRONG&gt;services are down&lt;/STRONG&gt; you need to write a automation script if any services are down automatically generate a mail and send it to our support team like that we improved our support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and after that you need to analyse the frequent issues raised by client and try to resolve them before client raise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is totally depends on client and project level analysis.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
