How to Sort Others value in Bar chart when we are using Dimension Limits

Hi Friends,

I am having Yearly Sales. I want to show top 5 Years Sales. So In Dimension Limits I have selected for 5 Largest values. It is showing 5 largest values and It is also showing Others. So My requirement is Others should also Sort According to it. Please find below screenshot

Here it have show Others 1st and next Years 2004,2011,1994,2013

Is it possible in qlikview. if it is how?

Please find attached sample qvw and sample Data

Could you please help on this friends

Cannot access qvw due to personal edition but just to check did you try sorting descending or sort by Y-value or sort by expression with DSC option, one of them should work.

Thank you for reply. I have tried in both cases sort by Y-Value and Sort by Expression but it's not sorting is there any alternate way

You are right, looks like others is not considered in the sorting elements may be with the reason that others is a group of elements where each individual element is less than other shown top members, why don't you remove the others and show the actual top values only, you can remove others by the option in the same tab at the bottom.

Sort auto generated group others in pie chart

Use calculated dimension =If(AGGR(Rank(Sum(Sales)), Year) > 4, 'Others', Year)

You will not find the attachment if you are in the "Inbox". So close your "Inbox" and open the article from the web page and you will see it..

It will look like the below screen shot when you open .from outside the "Inbox"...
