EST Ship Date changes from lastweek data to next week

Hello Guys

I have a user who run their job every week and by using field est_Ship_Date, the are estimating how much amount of revenue shipping for the current week. After next week job_run, they are seeing that last weeks revenue is as expected. That is because there are some changes in Est_Shiping_Date, That might be the Products that are to be shipped this week are moving_out to next week or Products that are to be shipped next week are moving_in to next week. He want to find out how much amount of Move_outs and Move_ins occurred so and what is difference in estimated revenue and actual revenue.

User given me two QVD Files, one for last week and one for current week.

It has the fields Job_Run_Date, Document_Number, Est_Ship_Date, Rejection Status,

I just want to know how to build logic and what kind of logic i can build on the back end so i can see some flags for moveouts, moveins, No_change, New, Canceled.

Can anyone Please Help me out.
