HI,

I have pivot table with one dimension placed horizontaly and few expressions. I would like to recived difference between column with label for ex column1 vs. column 2.

Example

dimensions dimvalue1 dimvalue2 dimensionvalue3 dimvalue1 vs. dimvalue2

expresion1 5 2 6 3

expresion2 3 1 6 2

Karol,

I believe what you are trying to do is Column(1) - Column(2). Another option is to use the actual column label in your expression. For example BBB / DDD would be the expression you have for your FFF [%] label.

Thanks for Your replay, I attached example can You looke at this file? I belive Your advise is good for adding new expresion but I have expressions placed verticaly and want add/change something to get difference placed horizontaly. I would like to recived new column which will be for ex. difference between '1 /NJU 3370 and 1/ UUH 4 + 9' placed on the right end of the pivot table. Please look at file.

I'll have a look at this tonight. See what I can do. So what your trying to do is create a calculation based upon differences in the Dimension?

Have a look at what I did in this document. First of all you'll need to readjust your data model. I slightly changed your data model, but you can improve on that. Secondly I copied the chart and created a few expressions using set analysis. This should set you down the path you need to take. Work with this and let me know. I am traveling on Friday so I may not be able to respond right away.
