NPrinitng Meta Data Reload stucks in Generating

Hi All,

I have gone through number of discussions in this community and also found that, this issue has already been provided answers in many of the cases. I was not able to solve the issue so creating another discussion.

We are using QV 12 Server and NPrinting 17.2.

After installation of NPrinting 17.2 Server, Engine and Designer -

- I have opened QV desktop client with admin user and open the document

- Tried to reload metadata for connection created, but its showing as -

"Reloading metadata for connection"

and the cache status in "Generating"mode

- I have installed the NPrinting using another user than the QlikView Administrator

Please assist for same.
