Hi Experts,

Some of our users have problems in accessing Ajax client.

Can someone please tell me the minimum system spec to open QV reports via Accesspoint?

the layout of the report when they open from their pc is entirely different.

also 'more' option is bookmarks is not working.

Hi PR,

The layout for AJAX is always going to look different. The easiest solution is to have them access reports via IE and the IE Plugin. The look will be the same and you can manage bookmarks, objects, etc.

Hi,

While the IE Plugin is basically a reduced version of the QlikView Desktop and it uses the same OCX controls, it is never recommended to use the IE Plugin anymore, for a bunch of reasons, from security implications to mobility, to performance to maintenance.

If anything, they should be using Desktop and QVP (which I would never recommend either) but let the default be Ajax client.
