    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While the IE Plugin is basically a reduced version of the QlikView Desktop and it uses the same OCX controls, it is never recommended to use the IE Plugin anymore, for a bunch of reasons, from security implications to mobility, to performance to maintenance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If anything, they should be using Desktop and QVP (which I would never recommend either) but let the default be Ajax client.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Miguel&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi PR,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The layout for AJAX is always going to look different. The easiest solution is to have them access reports via IE and the IE Plugin.
