How to link server & publisher?

Hello Experts,

I have server on one machine( QMC, QVWS, QVS, DSC installed) & publisher on other machine(QDS installed).

After installation, do I need to first apply licenses? Also, how can I connect these 2 machines?

Or can someone tell me steps involved in this whole process.

I am using QV11.2 SR13 version with 64-bit machine.

I read many posts from community however could not get the information I am looking for.

The connection definition is done on the system tab of the QMC. There you define which machines each service is on.

Thanks Rob. Also, when we need to apply licenses do we need to take all services down except QMC?

Got the solution to this - no need to stop any service, we can directly apply the license.
