Email Alert problem

Hello All,

First Step , I have Changed the below line in the 'QVManagementService.exe.config' file and restarted the services,

Then I have configured my SMTP server in the QMC and I have sent test e-mails succesfully.

However, I am not getting any alerts when the reloads fail. Instead, I get the following message,

"Warning: Failed to send mail to XXX@gmail.com" in the Task log.

I have tried recreating/reapplying the task too, but it did not work.

I am using Qlikview 12 without Publisher. Could you help if I went wrong.
