how to post new discussion/thread without posts being approved?

Hi Sara Leslie/Qlik forum Admin,

I like to publish my new qlikview thread instantaneously instead of Moderated approval state (approval time takes quite long min 8hrs for my case)

Every my new thread/discussion I'm getting below kind of message,

"Please note: your content was added successfully, but a moderator needs to approve it before it can be posted."

kindly advise to overcome this issue. Thanks
