Does this happen in Local Client / Access point.

And Might be the file has corrupted. How do you get this file? If you are getting this file from Diff developer they might create the OSUSER() Section access. So you need to contact prev developer and then Tell them to add your OSName over there. Then this file will opened

I think u have valid time for personal edition, i got problem like this bcz i couldn't touch one qvw file for months.
