topic Copying to Alternate State bug in QlikView

Hi All,

I ran into a development problem the other day on the front-end. I set up a button to copy my current state (due to complexity of application, my "current" state is alternate state A) to Alternate state B and then run a search to select top dimensions in a given metric. We have a currency type field with 'USD', 'Local', and 'Restate USD'. The issue I have run into is that when QlikView copies state A to state B the currency changes selection to include 'Restate USD'. I have found that this can be avoided by manually selecting a different currency and then returning to the original currency desired, but the text box (attached) that detects and instructs the user how to get around the bug is a band-aid solution. Has anybody else run into this problem when copying alternate states?
