Hi ,

I have dimensions calss name and student name, in bar chart i am taking drill drow group(with Class name and Student name) and

Count(students) as Expression , in dimension limits i am taking top 10 students based on Drlldown group(Classnames nad student

names) .

But i want to show the chart presntation like this

Can any one help

Enable the Sort based on Y value Descending. Hope it should fix your issue.

what I assume by your question is you want to increase the height of the bars? If I'm wrong correct me...

Go to

Chart Properties>Axes>on right side 'Scale'>Adjust Static Min and Static Max (The static values depend on the numeric values of your bar) Ex: if 10000, then I'll give static max as 500 or 50 or 5 etc... depending upon how small values other bars have.

Also you can check box 'Plot values inside segments in Presentation tab, so that the values will be inside the bars instead on top of the bar's (this can be used if one of the bar's goes beyond the limit). Cus if you change Static min max or Static Step then the scale value decreases or increases.
