Hi,

I need to know if there is any log files that contains informations about the connections, logins and logouts to the accesspoint of the Web Server. Could you tell me some informations about these kinds of logs ?

Yes there are log files with that information. You can use the QlikView Governance Dashboard to look at the information from those log files.

Note that if your QlikView server is using AD and SSO, then there are no "log in" "log out" actions. Those happen whenever a user logs into/out of Windows on his PC.

At the minimum, you will get Session Start/Session End/Expired messages though.

The sessions_*.log file contains a row for each session (document opened and closed). The default location for the log files is C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer.

The yyyymmdd.txt logs in C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\WebServer\Log contain information about users connecting to Access Point, before they chose a document to open.
