Totals in Straight Table

Hi All,

I want to display totals below straight table. There is any option like Totals on First row or Totals on Last row rather than expression.

If i would be resolved by expression itself, can you write it simple way.

Note: I used list of measures as Dimension.

Hi,

Why not keep it simple and use Total on first/last row? That use the Expression it self.

If they don't show up then close and re-open Qlik.

I spent ages trying to figure out why they wouldn't display but its a known 'feature' in Qlik12

Yes, we have go to >Chart Properties > Presentation > in the right hand side you could see the > Totals > select the option you want

Presentation -> Totals-> Totals On Last Row will help to you to find totals.

Have you already chosen from one of these two options on the expression tab for all your expression? I hope it is not set to no totals

Would you be able to share a sample? I am not sure I understand what you mean when you say list of measure as a dimension?

Hi Nihhal ,

1. Please confirm table is straight table or Pivot.

2. If it is a straight table Go to Expression Tab select the particular Expression and in Total Mode Select

Sum as Total.

3.Go to Presentation Tab Select Particular Expression and in Totals Select Totals on Last Row.

4. Apply and OK.

Hi Sunny, list of measures means:

Dimension has Revenue, Qty etc as values

Hi Ravi,

I am using flag in table like 1, 2.

If i do sum of row total should be more 2 (its depends on number of rows) so its wrong, total should be 1 or 2.

Not working.

Because i am using expresion in variable and that variable is being used in if condition in expression tab. So there is no aggregation funtion, i am suspecting this is the issue.

And i try to use aggregation function istead of variabl exp. However i am using set analysis in variable exp. So i want to use sum (aggr functions) mandatory there.

I hope you understand.
