Showing Planned v/s Actual project /Task progress

Hello Grus.....!

Above is the detail of tasks carried out against different projects....

Each task has their planned star/finished date but real starting/finishing data is recorded in Actual Column.

Now i want to show the progress of each task under each project

I want any solution for showing the current progress of each task in comparison with the planned dates.

Can any one help what is the best way to show such comparison in dash board ....so the management gets and idea about the delay of each task with respect to its planned dates.
