      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear Experts,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In a production analysis we are building an analysis for WTD &amp;amp; MTD, wherein we have data as shown in below table 1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The requirement is as shown in second table.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="Capture.JPG" class="jive-image image-1" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/135058_Capture.JPG" style="height: 358px; width: 620px;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We could achieve WTD &amp;amp; MTD Values for individual Segment (i.e. Qty, Value, Cost), but struggling to achieve requirement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please suggest on the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Girish.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although this post has already been closed and resolved, but I thought I would provide an idea for a slight improvement. Currently the expressions from &lt;A href="https://community.qlik.com/people/ecolomer"&gt;ecolomer&lt;/A&gt;‌ are using if statements, but I think we can do the same using set analysis. Set analysis is better here because it is going to give better performance compared to the if statement because set analysis is evaluated once per chart, where as if is evaluated on each dimension. In this particular case, I see no reason for evaluation on each row and therefore I feel that set analysis might be a better option&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="Capture.PNG" class="jive-image image-1" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/135087_Capture.PNG" style="height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chart3 is using if statement and Chart 4 is using set analysis.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HTH&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sunny&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P.S.
