      <title>Can't Access QlikView Management Console for Local Machine</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Qlik Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't connect to the QlikView Management Console from my local machine.&amp;nbsp; I can connect with no problems when I'm on the server it is installed on.&amp;nbsp; I can connect to the Access Point from my local machine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additional Info:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;We are running QlikView Webserver not IIS&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;My account is in the QlikAdmin NT group&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm using the IP address (&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://192.##.##.##:4780" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;http://192.##.##.##:4780&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;) and not the servername&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Chrome error is: &lt;SPAN style="color: #696969; font-family: 'Segoe UI', Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; background-color: #f7f7f7;"&gt;ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Internet Explorer error is: &lt;STRONG&gt;This page can’t be displayed&lt;/STRONG&gt; and when we run diagnostics is says server is online but not responding to connection attempts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #696969; font-size: 10pt; background-color: #f7f7f7; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #696969; font-size: 10pt; background-color: #f7f7f7; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
