    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not exactly copy/pasting the format, but if you want a consistent format throughout the document go to Settings -&amp;gt; Document Properties -&amp;gt; Layout and / or Caption -&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp; Choose format -&amp;gt; Layout -&amp;gt; Apply to . . . -&amp;gt; Objects in Document &amp;amp; All Object Types.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will update all of the objects in your document to be that format and you only have to select it once.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
