Upgrade QlikView Server

Hi Guys,

we've been very lack at keeping our QlikView server software up to date.

As such we are currently running at version 10.00.9282.8 SR4 64-bit Edition (x64)

I would like to update to the latest version if possible, i can see that i can download version 12 SR4 but am a little worried and unsure as to the best way to go from where we are now to this version?

I don't want any of our old dashboards to suddenly stop working if we move over to the latest version.

Hello Peter,

Simply download QlikView 12 Desktop and test your dashboards with it (that's what I did before upgrading from 11 to 12)

PS. I am not sure if it is better to upgrade from 10 directly to 12, or 10 -> 11 -> 12

There are a few changes in v12 that you may wish to test before upgrading.

I'm just in the process of building a VM so i can test the dashboards in version 12 without it affecting anything i'm hosting.
