Hi every one,

I have a .QVW document, i want when i open my document in server, all selection is clear,

In setting -> document properties -> Triggers -> document event triggers -> OnOpen , i set Clear All action, but in server it's not work Properly.

What can i do ???

so in on open trigger, do you have "Clear All" is ths only action? or have more actions?

1. clear all actions has to be in the last if you have more actions.

2. Also i would suggest to check if you have any sheet active triggers in sheet properties.

3. Any alternate states then try to apply clear all on that state.

Thanks for your answer , "Clear All" is the only action on open trigger

Did you try the solutions i have provided?

Also see if you have any lock enabled fields as Hamide suggested.

AFAIK does OnOpen trigger don't work (always correctly) with the AJAX client and you might need an additionally intermediate step with starting with a landing page and trigger your actions with a Sheet-De/Activate trigger.

Another important point is the feature of session recovery within the qmc which could conflict with your OnOpen trigger if it's enabled.

Thanks , it should be the first action, when i put unlock & clear all action at first,it's work properly.
