Version 10 Upgrade

We are planning to upgrade to version 10 of QlikView tonight but now have a couple of reservations (which may lead me to postponing) which I hope you guys can resolve for me...

1) QlikView Plug In

I do not see this listed as an option for download.

We have a QliKView server with users accessing this from different servers via a Terminal Server environment.

On previous upgrades we have downloaded and installed the QlikView plug in on our Terminal Servers.

How do we get this installed now without an installation file?

2) QlikView PDF Printer

We utilise the QlikView PDF printer to output QliKView reports to PDF format which are then e-mailed (all done via VBS).

I have version 10 installed on my local PC and have just tested this and it doesn't seem to be working .

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Issues resolved...

1) have been in touch with support and ie plug in installation file is avilable in the following folder...

c:\program files\qlikview\server\qvclients\qvplugin

You need to install QlikView server 10 first.

2) Have been using an older version of QlikView PDF - have now installed the latest version.

Has mean't some coding changes but issue resolved.
