Hi:

if Assigned Users already have two users,but they didn't use this document now . why other people can't use this document?

The allow dynamic cal assignment is only means assignment but can't dynamic release cal ?

There is no way to dynamically release CALs and still be following the license agreement.

Dynamical CAL assignment does exactly that: Dynamically assign CALs.

Note that in order to make this work, you will also haveto have had this turned on on the system tab.

I want to say is that this function only can assignment,just can dynamic add user,but if the user doesn't online,other new user also can't open the document.in conclusion it only can dynamic assignment ,can't dynamic release.

For that, you will need Session CALs.

Session CALs are not personal. When someone stops using QlikView, the next person can use that CAL.

Note that Session CALs are not available for the Small Business Edition server.
